The SKOGG Kettlebell Method workshops give you the opportunity to train with Michael Skogg, world-renowned coach and kettlebell trainer. These 6 hour kettlebell workshops are comprehensive courses in basic kettlebell training. As you progress through the levels you will learn the SKOGG Kettlebell Method. This will give you the expertise to not only instruct your client’s on proper form and technique, but also the knowledge to create a variety of comprehensive strength and conditioning workouts. As you progress to Level 4 & 5, you will have a solid foundation to instruct your clients, develop creative functional workouts and ﬁnd working options to give your clients that have speciﬁc limitations. You will be empowered to train and challenge your clients. The variety of workouts that you can create with the SKOGG Kettlebell Method means they will never have to do the same workout day after day. They will never be bored. They will see results quickly and you will be the hero that got them there. The most amazing thing about the SKOGG Kettlebell Method is how complete it is as a stand alone training method. April 12th Noon-6pm, October 11th Noon-6pm This workshop is about fundamentals. Learn the 6 foundational kettlebell moves and how to teach them. Walk away from this class conﬁdent and skilled.
April 13th 10am-4pm, August 2nd Noon-6pm, October 12th 10am-4pm Learn more advanced moves. Add a second kettlebell to your exercises. You will increase the size of your exercise library and will learn how to designate each exercise with each body part to develop an exercise program with purpose.
August 3rd 10am-4pm Learn how to create effective workouts with the same 3 day rotation that the Skogg gym uses. This allows you to get speciﬁc with your clients’ training goals, whether they are an athlete or a newbie to resistance training.
This workshop teaches basic corrective exercises to give options to your clients with specific limitations. A solid background in anatomy is recommended for this course.
Recognize and correct postural and mechanical issues to create a list of safe exercises for any client who is post physical therapy. Note: This is not diagnosis. That is to be left to medical professionals only.
