The SKOGG Kettlebell Method workshops give you the opportunity to train with Michael Skogg, world-renowned coach and kettlebell trainer. These 6 hour kettlebell workshops are comprehensive courses in basic kettlebell training. As you progress through the levels you will learn the SKOGG Kettlebell Method. This will give you the expertise to not only instruct your client’s on proper form and technique, but also the knowledge to create a variety of comprehensive strength and conditioning workouts. As you progress to Level 4 & 5, you will have a solid foundation to instruct your clients, develop creative functional workouts and find working options to give your clients that have specific limitations. You will be empowered to train and challenge your clients. The variety of workouts that you can create with the SKOGG Kettlebell Method means they will never have to do the same workout day after day. They will never be bored. They will see results quickly and you will be the hero that got them there. The most amazing thing about the SKOGG Kettlebell Method is how complete it is as a stand alone training method.
